Ultra Lite Wellness “Weight Release” Program | Wellness for LIFE!

The Ultra Lite weight loss/weight release and detox program is based on sound science and common sense. Clinical research, medical trials and many thousands of successful patient outcomes support this method of rapid and sustained weight loss as the premium weight loss program. The weight loss and detox programs are designed to provide you with virtually all the necessary amounts of protein (based on recommendations of the World Health Organisation) carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, trace elements and essential fatty acids in correct balance.

Successful weight loss and detoxification will only be achieved by re-education and “brain re-conditioning”. You will relearn healthy food choices from different food groups and more importantly appropriate, healthy portion sizes, thus obtaining desired weight. Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.”
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

How it started – Avalon Essences Aromatherapy

I first got into making my own aromatherapy based products after venturing in and out of many Health Food Stores and not finding what I wanted so I would buy a variety of different oils and base products and mix to create my own blend.

I would also write down the ingredients I found in many so called ‘natural’ or ‘aromatherapy’ products and research them to find out what was actually in the product – this is when I realised people were not getting what they bargained for. I found many of the products contained chemicals and alcohols that dry out the skin or cause skin rashes.

This is when I decided to do something about it & create my own. It started just for me, then for family and friends but I kept getting orders for more so Avalon Essences was created.

Since then I have studied and continued to develop my aromatherapy skills and develop my hand crafted products.

All of my products are derived from plants, antioxidants, herbs, fragranced oils and essential oils for their therapeutic values; and do not contain harmful ingredients.

Avalon Essences is Australian owned and operated. The unique aromatherapy products are hand-made fresh in small batches without harmful chemicals, animal derivatives, harsh detergents or petroleum by-products.
