I have had such a fascinating day that I just had to share …

first woke to a lovely sun shiney morning which put me in such a happy daze mood, met and enjoyed the company of some new ‘friends’ folk at another successful Triple Goddess party,

had to leave in a rush to see a man about a car (long story) and got the answers I wanted,

while at the car place the finance lady burnt herself with a hot cup of coffee, ouch …..

I thought about saying nothing but then stepped in and said I could grab some of my Healing Balm from the car for her burn, she said yes please, she was most appreciative and bought some on the spot ……

on the way home I stopped in at the supermarket and bought some groceries, the young lady that served me at the checkout said your skin is just beautiful, your jewellery amazing AND you smell divine what are you wearing?

my reply … well actually its a Balm I make myself, she said can I buy some like now?? Where can I find you, what else do you make and sell, do you have a card etc …..

I gave her my card and said I have some of my balm in the car if you would like some I can get some now, YES PLEASE I go on my break once I finish with you, I will follow you out ..

she bought the Warming Chest & Muscle Balm from me in the car park

WOW what a day

AND then I come home excited about my day so wanted to share so jumped online and low and behold I had received an email from the lady that burnt herself thanking me for the amazing Healing Balm that she bought from me and would like me to email her all my details and would to organise a time to see everything I do

In order to do this, you can use a diffuser, lamp and ring, or simply by warming some water on the stove and adding a few drops of oil to that. If you use the stove method, please be careful not to let the pot go dry.

You can use a variety of essential oils like Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Peppermint, Tea Tree, Ginger, Orange, Lemon, Lime, Cinnamon, Cypress, Bergamot, Frankincense, Pine, Chamomile, Juniper, Lavender any combination of these and the lst goes on …..

Avalon’s Eye & Neck Treatment

• 1/4 teaspoon wheat germ oil
• 1/4 sweet almond oil
• 1/4 squalene (available at most fine health food stores)
• 1/4 olive oil
• 1 capsule Vitamin E
• 1 capsule Evening Primrose oil

Optional extras

• 1/4 teaspoon emu oil (available at most fine health food stores)
• couple of drops of Lavender Essential oil
• couple of drops of Rose Essential oil
• couple of drops of Frankinsence Essential oil

Mix together and pour into a dark glass jar for storage. Apply to eye and neck areas morning and night.
